Get the Google Search difficulties for a list of keywords. The difficulties are based on the competition for the keyword and represent the chance of getting in the top-10 of the organic results for that keyword. The score is on a logarithmic scale from 0 to 100. Allows setting the search engine, country, language, and other settings.
